OMG! I Hope a GM Can Help/Have Mercy/Pity...

I sincerely hope any of you GMs can help me... b:cry

I was lvling my crafting skills, after charging zen (on my other acct.) to take advantage of the mats sale, and stored a few 2-Star items on an alt.

When logging alts to retrieve a 2-Star Quest item, I accidentally equipped one of my TW Platinum HP Charms on my lvl 1 alt (cleric lv. 1, smexyzem). b:cry

Can any of you GMs please have mercy on me and help me get that charm back (or a new one)? That's a complete waste of 6 gold, or close to 3m in game. :,( b:cry

It was a mis-click (human error), and there was NO warning or confirmation, like there is when you buy or sell an item in game, which it so not fair. :,(

I don't think you can, but your best chance is to submit a ticket to support for your private and isolated issue. b:victory

As Drazo said, submit a ticket. And for the love of pete make sure that charm doesn't take a single tick in the meantime, or else I doubt you stand a chance.

Will they do it? Maybe. Does it hurt to ask and be patient? I've found out first-hand it's worth a shot.

I'm going to officially repeat what Drazo said: submit a ticket to customer support. There's nothing we can do about this via the forums.

To be honest, I would not suggest that anyone share private information about their accounts with other players. I will be locking this now as we have answered the question.
