Have you been receiving Socket Stones lately from bh100?

So far after the new patch for the new bhs, I haven't gotten any socket stones. Did anyone get any after the new bh system?

Here is what was posted on the update page:

Level 100+ Rewards
1st Completion Reward
A chance to obtain one of the following items:

50 Mysterious Chips
50 Socket Stones
50 Mirage Celestones
2 Ecstasy Cards
Orb of Cultivation

1x Palace of Nirvana Key (A key required to enter the Palace of Nirvana dungeon)
1x Bounty Order #1 (Allows bearer to acquire an additional Bounty Hunter quest that day)
Experience and Spirit

2nd Completion Reward – Choose between 3 items:
1x Brain Power Orb (Awards Experience)
1x Ether Pill (Awards Spirit)

This has been brought up in my guild recently, and elsewhere on these forums tho i forgot where. The socket stone reward was removed, and replaced with a (stupid) reward for 4 Eyes of Observation & 6 Ultimate Subs. It was unnoted in the patch notes, but lets face it, many things are skipped in those notes. Almost all i've spoken to hate the observation packs and want their socket stone rewards back. However i do not believe they have any intention of returning them, as no other reward offered Cash Shop items. I believe they noticed a decline in their socket stone sales and as we all know they're marketting tactics seem more focused on squeezing every last dime out of us lately. This seems like a deliberate move to only grant non-boutique items and pick up socket stones sales, and i doubt the devs/sales departments will ever return them as a reward.

well, good news for me was that I bought the last 1.1k socket stones for my TT99 plate after the new bh. I knew something like this would happen after I saw it and got a sack on the first bh100 lolzb:surrender

Nobody has received these. The "Patch Notes" for this is BS. Socket Stones have either been removed, or the % is like 1% or less. Far too many 10x have done BH and not received them.

Upper management doesn't like giving away cash shop items, it would seem.

Agreed...

I have received Extacy cards, Mirages, Chips and Orbs of Culti...no Socket Stones, but those were rare for me to begin with.

However, I do know some that have recieved 20+ Sacks in a row without any other reward and that would suc MAJORLY imo b:surrender

Yes not only has pwi lied to us according to their patch notes, but they have replaced the socket stones with what most are calling a sack of ****. Im not too happy about this, at one time the rewards were worthwhile regardless if you were to sell or to save the socket stones for future use. It was also benefitting the people that did not use the cash shop giving them hope to upgrade their end game gear. Me being a barb....the sack of **** is not worthwhile, it barely covers charm cost for such instances such as delta wave 3 or warsong. If pwi plans on replacing our rewards 1.the players need to be informed and 2. It would be nice to have a reward thats equal or greater value.

On a side note i havent gotten any ectasy cards since the new bh system was implemented. Ive gotten mirages and mysterious chips a few times but it seems like its about a 70% chance of getting a sack of ****.....oh well i guess i got plenty of ult subs(that i really dont need) and eyes of observation which would be great on a pvp server.....but i play on pve which renders them quite useless. Thanks pwi for keeping us informed and taking our hard earned rewards away. b:angry

I have recieved way too many of the stupid sacks. I can get ult subs with less time and money spent then doing a bh. What do I need with the eyes? Some one elses build is their business not mine.They not even worth NPC ing. Give us back the reward you say is there. (Not that its going to happen but I don't have the cash to spend to buy 8000 socket stones and was hoping that in a year or so I may be able to socket some gear)Oh well the game is free b:chuckle

guys its simple....pwi staff is a bunch of greedy people. The sacks have replaced the socket stones that is true. The rewards use to be

Mysterious Chip - 50 (15%)

Mirage Celestone - 50 (15%)

Socket Stone - 50 (40%)

Orb of Cultivation (20%)

Ecstasy Card - 2 (10%)

I've played other MMOs, and this is by far the worst GM ~ comunity relationship i've seen. They dont talk to us properly nad most of their posts is to not say anything. Most topics on which players desire a discussion involving GMs, it gets closed with a non-responsive answer. Whenever players ask about in-game info, they're uncapable of answering for they either dont know or are unwilling to say. Basically, we're playing blind folded and all the info about PWI you see here comes from players beating their heads in a massively bugged/glitched client.

Only 1 GM post i did like. The one about them wanting us to vote for PWI in choice awards thing. Now i can browse what other f2p games are on the market

lol. true now im browsing over the other games that is there. and may decide to try those out. at least the GM care in other games ( hopefully)
