When they said hat fashio was coming out I was expecting to be part of the fashion sets,so they'd range from baseball hats to tubular hats as eatwithspoons wanted.What I see in the shop are some really awfull emo haircuts with some really awfull accesory.I wouldn't wear such things not even stoned,drunk and wearing a red dress.0

I may have overlooked your point. My apologies. I've just been a little, ruffled, over the re-release of these packs, and I'm getting kind of intense in my thoughts and posts lol.
I agree though, if you enjoy the experience, then it was worth it. But it still boggles me that people can spend as much as a new car on the game, just to get the level of enjoyment that they do. They are the ones that are getting massive injections of fun (being acquiring new/stronger gear, etc) so much that their tolerance (think of alcohol, and drinking lots/regularly) has gone up so they keep injecting themselves with this shot (packs, CS in general), and it simply astounds me.
I think of it as PW being a bar, the Devs being the bartender, and the players as the alcoholics(please don't take this out of context and be offended, I'm using this as an example). The Devs had begun the bar as a free drinks for all offered for a couple hours, then they switch to offering more and more alcohol (content) for prices that get higher and higher, starting to divide the 'playerbase' slightly. Then they offer the most exquisite of drinks, but only if you buy a box with random pieces of paper saying what type of drink you get for a low price. Now, they are shoveling so much alcohol (CS content) to the alcoholics (with the alcoholics still having to pay for it) that the tolerance is going up, and soon they need more and more. Well, soon that bar, instead of being a social place where you could go to play pool with friends, converse and just plain interact with other people freely, becomes strictly a bar. If you're not drinking, you're left in the dust, and to stay active, you would need to drink more and more, and that's singling out the people who don't have disposable incomes (or for sake of my examples' argument, say you left your wallet/purse at home, and only had the $20 in your pocket) for those who can afford to keep the injections up. They've given us a taste of what it can really be like, gotten us addicted, and then moved it from being open to all, to being generally available to a limited few. It's discriminatory to say the least, and very offensive. How do you feel if you were put into that bar's situation?
I mean, that's about the best I can do to accurately describe what's going on, and I get a little ramped up over these things.
So again, I apologize to you since I apparently misunderstood your post, but I'm just trying to clear up (1, for myself, and 2, to anyone who reads my posts) that I understand where you're coming from, and I agree. As long as you enjoy the experience, and have been able to comfortably enjoy it, grand.
But part of the problem is that some people get severely addicted, and want more and more, even if they cannot financially, or emotionally, handle it. And the Devs are utilizing this for their own means, whether or not it has a negative impact on the end user. If you don't like it, don't buy it. Complaining about business greed over a vanity item that has no effect on game play is pushing it a bit, imo.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

i agree somewhat with the OP's sentiment. i too lost my hairstyle with the bug. and yes, the other races MOST DEFINITELY SHOULD get an upgrade to the normal hairstyles.
but the wigs are ok too. they're extras, if you wanna change your look for a little while. but the default hairstyles should be on par with the wigs.
and id like to see at least one wig WITHOUT a hat, or barette, or headband.0 -

Now for the complaints...
- Price is too high. 5 gold is more than what a lot of full-body outfits cost. I was expecting them to be closer to 2 gold, same price as gloves or footwear (which cover a similar portion of the body).
- Female headgear is rather unimpressive. Males get hats and sunglasses, while females get... little bitty hair ornaments? At least give us a couple of hats or something...
- Headgear overwrites default hairstyle. Yeah, I understand the technical limitations behind applying a hat or ornament to your default hair, given the huge number of hairstyles out there, and that it's just easier to make the fashion change your hairstyle as well. Unfortunately, I'm awfully fond of my hair, so I probably won't be buying any head fashion like I was planning to.
On the positive side, the changes to fashion preview gives me something new to play with while doing my World Quest

For $5 per hair ornament, I expect them to hire a graphics artist to go through all the existing hairstyles and make a duplicate version with the ornament. Fashion is apparently extremely profitable, so no surprise they'd go this route. Simple -- don't friggen buy it. Nobody buys it, it sends a message. However, do you really think that's going to happen? No, people are going to buy it anyways. I really never understood why people give so much a **** about fash, esp wigs of all the silly things. Nonetheless, bottom line is don't buy it if you don't want 'em. The best way to speak is with your wallet or coins.0
