Can I skip the quests and just buy the level 4 book, It is getting stupid, I have been trying to make a 2* wraith robe forever and have had no luck.

    I need some help with the tailor lvl4 thing.

    I habe the ☆☆ Glowing Cuisses, ☆☆ Stoneblood Bazubands and 10 Fine Lumber now, but I cannot find a tailor, where I can compose a "Wraith Robe"

    How do I do???

    You can make wraith robes at any of the tailors in Archosaur. :)

    Epic necro. Also, note that a Wraith Robe is NOT a cape, it's an arcane robe (chest).
