trouble gettting PWI to start

Hi all noob here... but i am having trouble with updates
every time i go to play its says client running un able to update.. which in return means i can't paly.. i have downloaded all the patches in manual but they dont seem to be woking.. any ideas please replybb:thanks

    I FIXED MY PATCH PROBLEM

    I dont know if this is the safest option but.... i just took out my firewall and restarted my Pc then patched.....brought up game and put firewall back up =]

    (not very good with computers)
