ERROR!! i can log in with my archer

OMG! i was going to play when i discovered i cant go on my main account. darn. i can go on m alts but for some reason cant go on my main am i banned? i dont know what ive done wrong. plz help solve this problem.

    sorry for not being on lately but verifying takes forever fo me because my internet(broadbrand) isnt that quick. i really want to play pwi but when i go on my alts i dont have that spark that i do when i play on my archer. guess ill quit pwi if i cant go on my archer soon. :(
