unable to play!

ok i have just started playing the game yesterday, but now when i try and play, where the button is to play the game it says update and above that it says ...client running, unable to proceed with update

also i cant play the same in fullscreen, any help please ??

    "Client running" means that you didn't actually quit the game. Alt-tab back into it and exit properly.

    i checked that but the game doesnt appear in the list

    Assuming you're working on windows, go to your task manager and go to the Processes tab. Look for 'Elementclient' and right click and hit 'end process tree'. That should do it for you if in fact it is running in the background without actually being up. I hope it helps.

    Deselect the windowed option in the dialog that comes up when you run the client

    When you start the game and the little box comes up while it's loading..... hit the settings button. Windowed mode is in that. The rest of it (mostly) can be changed in-game as well.
