Tisha Refine&Duke Black& Is this Rare?

I've read a little about these things but I overthink 2 much..


Sometimes Duke sends U 2 certain ppl & I've heard he aids in refines. One time he said "If UR adding a +4 go here" does that mean only +4? I need 2 refine. Point me 2 another thread or explain please..

Also I read Heavy Plate of PhantomLVL32 legendary) is rare & also heard Hi-Level archers use it? Gold is 400K so how can I ask for?


ABOUT what %(or chance) do Tisha stones aid in Refine?

    Personally, I call bull**** on Duke Blacke. A few people swear that his advice works but seeing as how the only way to refine at the officers is if your faction owns that particular territory means I can't test it myself but I can say that his manufacturing rumors don't work. Basically, there's no definite answer to whether the duke is accurate or not.

    Heavy Plate of Phantom
    Skywalker Shell

    The heavy plate of phantom (level 32 legendary heavy armor) has slightly less p.def than the skywalker shell (level 90 TT ( I think) light armor) and has slightly more p.def compared to pretty much every other light armor below that. In exchange you give up a lot of m.def and a some HP if you refine them extensively. This is, of course, assuming that pwdatabase is accurate. In my opinion, the slight increase in p.def is not worth the reduced m.def.

    No one knows how much the stones increase refining chance by (well, other than the devs).

    too fully work your guild need to have that land
    lost people making +6-+7 items using mirage and tisha
    if your guild doesnt hold that zone u better try refine +2 and start using dragon orb which u can buy in boutique
