Adult chat filter

There should be the option to remove the adult chat filter.

If you somehow linked it to their age, that the option wouldn't be available unless the account holder was 18+ or even 16+, if there is going to be an issue with younger players turning it off.

    Cause being an adult allows you to do such seeing your , now "suppose" to be responsible for what you say.

    Not all kids are that dumb. They can make accounts and fake their age to get around that filter so they can try to sound cool by using the F-bomb every other word or so. To be honest, I don't want to see as many curse words in chat as I do '*'s.

    You could simply choose to leave the filter on if you didn't want to see it. Theres no excuse as it is to go around the filter, but it would be nice to have the option not to have it there. Would it not be part of the agreements to making an account that you are obliged to give your correct age? =P

    It would be user specific, so it doesn't mean their chat doesn't show up as stars to everyone else. Like for example on my screen if I have it disabled I would see the words not the stars, and on someone who didn't select to turn it off ( which would be the default) would see the stars.

    I think it's just the fact that someone goes ***** or *********** and someone doesn't know what the exact word is... and considering that certain words are bleeped when others arent makes it jus as confusing... like how the word Grasshopper is bleeped >_> Speaking of which, why is that?

    If I feel the need to curse, I'd rather it be censored. I feel like it has more anger/frustration behind it that way...same reason I never omit vowels or add punctuation so they know what I'm saying b:chuckle

    Some fixes on the censoring would be nice though. At least run the curse words through the dictionary to see what words have it inside them (grasshopper, scooter, sophomore), and uncensor them if it's those words...

    I just want to get rid of it. Some reasons why:

    1. I'm 26. There's not much reason to NOT let me see what people are writing.

    2. I'm finnish and so are most of my friends who play this game, so we write finnish in the chat box. Sadly the filter censores nearly 1/3 of everything we say.(the finnish cursewords excluded, conveniently)

    3. If a person actually bothers me by cursing repeatedly, I just blacklist him/her.
    Who needs a sig anyways?
