    Can wings be manifactured i have seen it some guy selling them are toes real wings????b:laugh

      Any wings that were bought from Cash Shop can be sold afterwards.
      Maybe I didn't understand what you have asked, but the idea is that you may find wings everywhere. They are most likely bought or maybe the rewards from some low level quests (lev 30) or starting wings for Elves and Clerics that can be bought from the Priest NPC on City of Plume.

      Other than this, closest to "manufacturing" wings are some very rare items that may drop from Anniversary Packs (a cash shop product) and these items (I can't remember the name : Wing Trophy I think) can be traded at PW agent for a pair of wings.

      me think the OP be referring to upgraded wings which has a "made by [name]" thingy
      or the winged trophy made ones which also has a made by whatshisface thing too.

      Wing Trophy is event cape, not aerogear. Fancy Feathers or Aero Delight were the event aerogear items.
