EVENT: Couples Screenshot Contest

Love is in the air, and Valentine's Day is around the corner! This is a contest for those of you who might feel like shouting your love from the rooftops, even if you don't already do that!


We will be accepting game screenshots of couples in celebration of Valentine's Day and judging them on a few different categories. We're looking for your best screenshots so we can show the (Perfect) World! Don't be shy now!

You can enter your screenshot under one of these categories:
  • Most Humorous
  • Most Romantic
  • Best Scenery


Entries will be judged based on each category and one couple will be chosen as the winner for each.

Prize:
  • Tidal Serpent for you and your significant other (2 total).
One of the following:
  • If you plan to get married in February, a GM will attend your wedding to wish you the best (within our normal business hours), and pose for screenshots.
OR
  • If you are already married or not married, a GM will come to wish you the best and pose for screenshots with you and your significant other.

Send entries to pwi-community@perfectworldinc.com with the following:

Subject: Couples Screenshot Contest
You and your significant others IGNs (game names)
The category that you are entering for.

All entries must be in our inbox by February 5th at 6:00PM PST GMT-8!

Rules
  • Three entries per couple are allowed, this is to discourage users from submitting hundreds of entries.
  • Each image can be submitted to one category only, choose wisely!
  • Images should not be edited in any way, the exception to this is the "Crop" tool.
  • GM visits must take place during our normal business hours.
  • Images must be in JPG, PNG, BMP, or GIF format only.

Crank those graphic settings and give us some epic screenshots!

    I don't have any significant others but I'm sure people in my guild do!

    I just hope that the gms who come won't be like the ones in my other game..

    They crashed someone's wedding and spwaned a very strong boss b:shocked

    that sound like a great idea a contest for the single pwi players or could add a npc who suggest. Other single ppl and set up date you never know who you will meet. Might become your future misse's just an idea

    Spoons i have a Question, may seem uuuh weird, if Reds makes a char on Harshlands, and we do this and if we do win gan we get a tidal on both our mains on Harshlands and her on Lost City xD

    I would like to add a note...and just make sure Spoons and all other judges notice...so they don't think I (or if anyone is doing this) is editing the pictures in any way...

    But I do not play in full-screen mode...but rather in widescreen and as a result, the tops and bottoms of the screenshots have thick black borders...here's an example. That is okay, right? And if not...I already e-mailed my screenshots...D: Probably should've asked first but kinda too late now. XD

    **and fyi, if anyone is wondering about that picture...it's just my loverly in his wedding suit and another panda barb in TT90 HA stacked up on each other...xD thus making a weird fash/armor combo xDD**

    You could always crop the image, as Spoons said that that is allowed.

    I'm almost tempted to enter. Almost.

    Too bad my husband doesn't play. Maybe I should force him, lmao.

    'Cause I'm not married in-game and AFAIK I don't plan on marrying. Unless I suddenly find a job and I can mysteriously afford packs this February, and I wouldn't bet on that, lol.

    However, if same-sex couples are allowed to enter, I can whip something up. Else I'm just gonna find it awkward. And even if same-sex couples are allowed, I'm not sure I'll enter myself... never been much of a romantic myself.

    Since I've seen this in other games though, I can see it as working very well.
