Whats faster

Well im stuck at some place in a place that i dont know the name (acctually i dont know the name of any place in the game so it doesnt matter)... Well the thing is that im lvl 6 and totally stuck, when trying to move the place suck me back in, its like a black hole that tries to get me into it but cannot because of my awesomenss b:laugh ... well im quite new in the game so anyone can tell me whats faster, hope that a gm gets me out of there or create a new char?

Sended a support ticket, the teleport thing DOESNT WORK

Edit: Lol, didnt sent a support ticket because it doesnt load after sending it, and why does the live chat redirects me to the support ticket thing?

It happened to me in the first or second day after expansion got released, what i did to get out, after trying everything else was to challenge smb in a duel and it finally got me outb:victory

In the screenshot it shows his town portal is not on cool down. So as of the snap shot he hadnt used it to get out unless he'd been stuck there for over an hour,
