I'm not sure if its just me...but I find it hard to stun lock or stun opponents I am chasing.
Like if I'm chasing a wizard..he's running away and I'm following behind....I try to stun him but my charcter just stutters.
Only way I can stun them if if I am well ahead of them....even with ranged skills I still can't cast in time.
Any 1 else having that issue?

With melee range or short range, stunning would be hard on the move since by the time the game responded to your stun, they might be out of range already. Being ahead of them works better since they are running into your range, to you, then out rather than just out. That would be my guess of the issue, and the reason I almost always starts with Roar instead of Bash on BM stun since Roar has a longer range.

I experience this quite frequently when using shadow teleport, I believe the cause lies in the skill not finishing it's animation time as it's an instant cast skill. be patient and don't spam the next planned skill right away, give it a moment.
Also, headhunt stun will not stack with that of shadow teleport so if you're planning to stack and lock, don't bother, you'll deal damage and waste the skill effect.
I can see what you see not,
    Vision milky, then eyes rot.
When you turn, they will be gone,
    Whispering their hidden song.
Then you see what cannot be,
Shadows move where light should be.
Out of darkness, out of mind,
Cast down into the Halls of the Blind.

That's not an issue, that's server lag. Anyone who's tried to chase down a Cata Barb in TW to stunlock them knows all about this annoyance. Just run slightly ahead of them and cast your skill.

I never have a problem taking down people who are running.
What you have to use is shadow teleport.
Shadow jump and shadow teleport, though they do the same thing (except one stuns) work differently.
Like many of you said, your sin will pause for about two seconds before actually using the shadow jump, and even then, the other person is still running and you can't use a skill quick enough to stop them.
Shadow teleport on the other hand... is awesome. For some reason, there's a little less lag when using it, and it will usually catch and teleport to the target I'm chasing. Not only does it do that... but it stuns. You can tell it's still delayed though, because you still have to move closer to the target to attack after using it. But this skill is definitely the one you want to use to catch someone on the run, followed by possibly tackling slash to keep them there, then/or maybe Headhunt to keep them stun locked.
