Question bout which Helmet to use

Since I'm full Dex I don't have enough str. to wear the helmet for my lvl. And I don't have enough to wear an arcane helmet. And I've never had a light armor player. So how does the helmets work?

    wat most EA uses "lion spirit helm" or w/e it was called

    Use HP helms for now. At a higher level either use HP helm, grade 13+ MP helm refined a lot, or the LA frost helmet (105 str)

    i usually just use any low lvl helm i find with good stats on it. like the one i have now gives +55 HP and 45 pdef.

    I use HP helms 10 or so levels under me, whatever I can use with str requirements.
    MP helms aren't really of much use. You can also find ones with -% requirement.

    HA warsoul helm is best for endgame for LA build in my opinion. lvl 13 with + crit and hp
