How do I get one :o (without buying it)


And if I were to buy it..how much would it cost?

    You run Frostcovered City a billion times, more or less. It takes months of work to get one the "legit" way, I believe.

    Otherwise, buy one. I saw a 1-socket +4 one for 17m or so in the Auction House a few weeks ago, but I think someone bought it and with the packs gone, no more have appeared. You could get a FC Sign-Force, since there seem to be a few of those floating around still, but that's something like 40m+ usually.

    PWI should be celebrating their 5th anniversary anytime soon. Just wait till the packs are back, and become a degenerate gambler like everyone else in this game.

    Honestly, you're only in the 50s. 85 takes quite a lot of time or money to get to, so don't worry about getting an 85 weapon just yet. By the time you get there chances are there'll be some on the market either from packs or people trading them in for Lunar/Nirvana gear.

    Well my problem is that Im 5 levels off 80. Im wondering what bow I should use at 80, one that is decent enough to last until 85 for the broadland.

    The annor guide says that the SoulSmasher is the 'premium' 8x weapon, but apparently the broadland bow is better?

    also im confused if the returning squall is worth getting because I prefer xbows to bows. ARE THERE ANY REALLY GOOD 8x XBOWS? T_T

    i used Chained jail +3 with one immaculate garnet until 85. A really cheap(2.7M) crossbow tt80, and really good weapon. +13dex (whaou!!) and +12 str(restat in dex _ whaouh !!) and stun effect ( always nice in pve). This is the best crossbow for 80, chs (bow) is better but more expensive. Grind with ur Chained jail until 85 - 86, then buy ur Broad land. I buy 27M my Broad land refine+5 on sanctuary. I overkill everything i shot with this bow. I grind very fast and collect lots of money.
    i stop CS and daylies for around 1 month and I sell a big part of my stuff to get the broadland ( wings, tome...) but i have no regret cause i make more money now (TT, grind...) and my stuff is better than everb:victory

    2d point, i stop asking myself : should i take abetter weapon? I have the strongest weapon for 85 - 95. I could sell it when i reach 95 and buy my HS.

    If u have less money, keep Chained jail until 88, and take windcatcher. At 90 buy a little flash fire and make the blinding radiance. Its a really good crossbow.

    I'm 85 and I got my TT80 crossbow on 84.

    Crimson Horn: Soulsmasher was the top 80 bow, until Broad Land appeared. Annor's guide was made before the Anniversary Packs, which made the likes of Broad Land and Heaven Shatterer practically impossible, so they were not included.

    Returning Squall isn't that great, especially since it costs a load. Personally, I bought Flashfire, which will turn into Blinding Radiance later.

    pfft, a billion is wrong. Its way less than a billion, its only statistically 2061 runs to get a broadland. b:chuckle

    A pro group can do FF in 1 hr 30 mins. So you're looking at 3k+ hrs of FFing, which is 128 days of 24/7 runs. Seriously, you'd be faster wondering around your local town picking up pennies you find and buying zhen with it.

    (3 bosses drop one 97% of the time, so you get .97 of 1 every 2 runs (6 people), so (1/.97)*(1/.5)*(1000) = 2061)

    All I can say is....if you really want that bow that much, don't be in too much of a hurry. With the way daily quests and BH's are now, you'll hit 90 before the anni packs come back again.

    So the "or less" turned out to be 999 million, 997 thousand, nine hundred, and thirty-nine less. This is the archer forum, should have expected someone to do the actual math b:chuckle

    You can set up a shop to buy 1,000 Past of Frostcovered City. With 1,000 of them, as pointed out to others, you can obtain a Broad Land.

    You have to decide what amount you are willing to spend. If you are willing to spend 20m for a Broad Land, then set up a shop to buy at 20k each.
