I HAV BEEN **** .. SOO MANY MISSING ITEMS. CAN NOT SEND TICKETS , GET ERROR ON PAGE . NO WHERE ELSE IS THIS HAPPENING , JUST ON TICKET PAGES. CHAT PAGES FOR HELP. SEND IN MESSAGES NO REPLIES, SEND IN REPORTS ON FORUMS PAGES NO REPLY. NOTHING. IS THIS A WAY TO HELP KEEP UR CUSTOMERS. I THINK NOT. GET MY ITEMS BACK . HAVENT PLAYED MUCH CHEK THE IPS ON THIS ACCT U WIL FIND WHERE THEY ARE AND WHO DID IT DO SOMETHING OR U LOOSE MUCH INCOME FROM ME AND WHOLE FAMILY. DO IT NOW OR U LOOSE NOT US. b:angry

First, that is a "you" and "lose"
Second, by saying "lose not us" you are saying if they do fix the problem they will lose you...
Third.... they will not respond through this, you could send a pm to a gm, but the proper way is to send a ticket, if you can't due to an error then find out why you have the error and then submit one whenever the problem is fixed...0 -

Join date jan 2010, i'm guessing you didn't have that much to lose in all honesty. But beside the point, coming here with that attitude really isn't gonna get anyone to help you i'm sure; if this is the first contact you have had with gm i think you'll find they are more susceptible to good manners and will in fact be more disposed to assist you without all the threats.

first GM's wont reply, 2nd try the ticketing system or the live chat which starts at 10 server time but not on weekends, if possible make a pm to the gm's there are many gm's on many threads on the forums and am sure you will get all the responce, and as far as these hacking things go you will be able to get your stuff back too rest just wait for this thread to get locked :O i know how it feels but only best thing you can do is have patients b:victory[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Here's why you won't get your stuff back:
A. Sharing an account is very, very illegal. Giving a password falls under that category.
B. PWE will not create coins and items out of thin air, and I'm quite sure they do not track every message sent (which is how you lost your items)
C. You gave your password to a third-party website. Obviously you were trying to do something against the TOS.
D. PWE is not responsible for any trade-related scamming.

What you need to do is try using the ticketing system again. It's working fine for me, so there's nothing wrong with accessing it from their end. Making a thread here won't get you the help you need, so please stick to official channels of support (http://support.perfectworld.com/ticketing).0
