Advices for an assassin on a pvp server

Hi,i always used to play on a pve server but now i'm moving on a pvp and need some advices.
As build i'll follow the 1 str - 4 dex (won a good number of duels whit it,guess it's the right one) but problem born when we talk about the skills.
To be honest i don't really know how a pvp server work, how much ppl can be "aggressive",this is my first experience whit it and i would like to be prepared,or at least i'll try.
On pve i used to raise the attacks (bleeding too),leaving the stealth at lvl 1 and as buff just "chill of the deep" (my real lvl is higher that the avar show) but now things can be different.I lvled the tideform too for water grinding (and i have to say it work great,ppl underrate it too much in my opinion)
Any idea on how to move? Can you list a little fast guide,lvl by lvl? I know it's not easy, hope u'll help me b:cute

    and PvE be pretty much like PvE server.
    same way to level and all.
    only difference be that everyone 30+ be in white named mode.

    if some1 attacks u, dont attack back bcuz ull be pink name and he will be able to kill u wihout punishments, if u will attack make sure u can beat him or shadow scape and deaden nerves ready for possible enemy friends near.
