Tide Spirit Strategies?

As of now this move is still rank 1 for me.
But I was curious to see if any skilled Psychics have had luck with the move?
And if so how do you use it? What moves do you spam in conjunction?

**** move imo
chanelling reduction only useful for soulburn casting
all the other moves have like 0.5 channel and 1-2 sec cast
so it sucks cos it doesnt affect your cast tiem
i dunno about the m atk boost
how much it is
triple/double spark prolli better alternatives0 -

Seeing as I pull 3 skills out in the same time I would cast one, I would say it is useful.
And, Quick cast Anti-channeling/Stun skills ( AKA Landslide / Earth Vector ) is devastating. b:victory0 -
Worse thing about it the chan kicks in only after 6 secs which means an average of 2-3 hits.Normally 2-3 hits means either your dead or you killed that person.For now at the price of 2 sparks i don't see a real use and I fear not many posted about this because if you talk bad about chan you're a noob.Well I say to those that skipped it now they are(jk)thing is you have to compare what you lose and what you get.I prefer either cast psychic will against melee classes or soulburn for magical or LA one and I only use up 1 spark.
IMO if they will ever fix things Tide spirit should be a 30 chi skill and would make sense using it then.As a 2 spark move what it gives is not worth for me.0 -
I hope for some good things for Tide spirit from Demon/sage upgrades. None the less, I wont fully judge Tide Spirit till late 8x~9x+ when I start to really pk.
Since we all know, Duels and Pk are very different.0 -

thats like two move syou can use during tide spirit and earth vector is a spark
and and landslide is melee range
they both are pve moves really (earth vector might be decent in tw)
i reckon tide spirit shoul djust give a huge m attack bonus instead of the no channeling bull****0 -
Tide Spirit is a very, very useful skill. I think it can be the initiating skill of a lot of fights.
For example, you're fighting a Wizard : Tide Spirit, Disturb Soul, chain cast till the guy is on the ground. Because I think you better debuff any Wizard before you fight them, I don't think we can handle much spells casted by them.
You're fighting a Barb : Tide Spirit, chain cast till the guy is on the ground OR Tide Spirit, chain til you get a spark (with the 0 channeling time it shouldnt take long), Psychic Will and cast again. Or you can use it to cast more powerful spells, as Earth Vector or Soulburn indeed. Eventhough Red Tide is sometimes a better use of the sparks, I one shot almost every assassin I cross path with when I cast Red Tide on them, and if the bleeding triggers it's a guaranteed death.
I also took a lv70+ Barb to half his hp with Red Tide and another nuke before he could kill me.
edit : Although, I think we should really wait for Demon/Sage upgrades to judge this skill as others said. I would appreciate something like Sage version = longer duration, has a chance to consume 1 spark only and Demon version increased weapon damage and no 6 seconds wait before the no channeling kicks in.Risingson - 7x Psychic

because its the first 6 seconds that give the no channel(description is wrong), it's basically like a wizard sutra, well not instant but better. Increased magic attack and no channel. wow.
I suggest adding an earth vector in your skill combo during the no channel time. you just gotta add a stun skill in there, it will create a very powerful combo.
You can also add a heal, i mean no-channel buff can be used for defense too.

Bah, Psychics can indeed kill Wizards fast, but if we can avoid getting hit in the process, it's all better.

if u are right, if is like sutra then we rock...landslide is a must on this combo due to fast cast time....try use teh skills wiht less cast time, i know is hard get some in psys since we have low chan and high cast (red tide, earth vector and landslide are the best skills here)[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0
