    LOL I ran in to that too, twice actually. Though I can't remember the other NPC that was with.
    (Also there seems to be a lot of typos and ugly grammar in general with the tideborn stuff. XD; )

    This has happened to me at least 5 times...... its annoying and I am beggining to think that all of the npcs are actually Blind Elf Whatsherface(sorry forgot her name lol)
