Live Support?

i'm not sure what my problem is. i was able to get live help support once. ever since then i can't get live help anymore. after i log in and when i select the game, the other 2 drop down menus wont light up. or when i was able to choose nothing happens. is there something else that i need to do for the live support? is anyone else having this problem? it's been weeks now and i still can't get some help from the gm. i even sent in an email. they told me they would be on during work hours but i can't get in. please advise.

Definitely use the website to access this feature, I know that it will work for you, but I can't be sure about the game.b:victory

friend has been trying to access the "live chat" feature for quite some time now and neither of us can get it to work

I believe the issue is that you are trying live chat during a time when our offices are not open. Typically, live chat will function from 10am-6pm PST from Monday through Friday

I haven't heard a peep from support in three weeks over 3 tickets, I talked to a gm on live chat once, and he was utterly useless. I have real money sitting in limbo and no one will help me b:angry It's 1:39 MST and there's no live chat available...0

Please note that when you submit a new ticket before getting a response, you will bump your previous ticket(s) to the bottom of our inbox. In this case, it looks like your own actions were delaying our response.
Please wait patiently for a ticket response and don't send another ticket. We answer tickets in the order that they are received, so sending multiple tickets for the same issue will only prevent us from replying in a timely manner.

That aside, I waited over a week with the first one. And then I got impatient.. Is billing ever on live chat? Do I stand a chance of seeing them online?0

Billing employees do not reply to live chat, but as long as you sent your ticket under the "billing related" category it will go to them.
If this issue is regarding a purchase that has already been made, you may want to check your e-mail for a confirmation notice, as there may be more specific contact information available.b:victory

My problem is Zen related, I just need a transfer undone, or just need it transferred from one server to another. I don't know what category that falls under, but I can't imagine it being that complicated.
And this is the most talk time I've had with anyone who actually knows whats going on. So I think I'm doing good0 -
supporting ticket hasnt worked for some time now. same issues as previous poster, says error on page on bottom right side all the time. no other page on game or forums or any other web site has this issue just the ticketing chat ect window. cant figure out why. i have sent to other forum areas this report all to no avail. even sent private messages about this issue. since i sent four private messages to u and other gm's an admins. all those messages have been gone missing. not even in my user area here on forums any longer. what is going on. please fix this or at least point me to the right area, its kinda hard getting ahold of you guys to send in tickets when its completely impossible to do so. how about positing a email address at least we the consumer can send in messages thru a email you know. please help us to help us. omg that so makes sense. thanks in advance.( are we going to get more smilies ) this is difficult to choose from JUST these im a duh..

this is example of what i am tryin to explain. this windows keep poppin up about the errors on ticketing window. cant figure out why. no one elses pages and no where else on forums does this happen. just the ticketing window it seems. is this happening to any one else?? please post a email address to tech support so we can at least try to help them help us.. thank you in advance for the assistance.

cant go any further at all. so cant send in ticket i also notice that , the ? mark where it gives infor about the dxdiag , that link goes to nothing. at all. no info , nada .. this is not normal . it should send me to information on how to obtain this dx info for you guys.( are we going to get more smilies ) this is difficult to choose from JUST these im a duh..
