2 skills im curious about

I was wondering if Distance Shrink was worth getting and upgrading, it sounds pretty helpful. Also i was wondering about dragons breath. Worth it? worth lvling? please i would appreciate any and all input.

    dragons breath is your most important aoe...you will be using that if u zhen...althou..lvl it to lvl5-6...cause of the mana use...with 240mana per 3 seconds...you can zhen with gold spirit charm for 3h
    with 200mana per 3 sec...even up to 4h...
    distance shrink is worth lvling..althou lvl it when u get to lvl 70+ max it out...leave it at lvl 1 for now..just for fun and to get away if u're in trouble...very useful in pvp

    I've nnow noticed (stupid me) that genie has a skill only for wizzies, a skill that would make reduce the damage they take with 310% for 10 seconds; and then increase, of course, according to the level of the skill. In the description doesn't say anything about it being a physical defense, a magic one, or both. Has anyone used it or do you think is it really worth it? Because i am planning to raise my genie in order to be able to get the number of affinities needed for this skill...

    DB is useful if you zhen, which was what everyone did back in the day. No idea how lowbies level now, cant find much zhen squads to crash any more.

    DB is decent in TW as well, to an extent, so level it with caution. Once you start GV you will want to lvl 7 or 8, being careful not to do excessive damage and get your **** ***** by mobs.

    You should keep distant shrink maxed to level, that skill is core to kiting, and that's what you should be doing majority of the time being squishy and all.

    Seems like most people now level off of dailies. Hell I can't even do all my dailies in a day, there's too many. Wouldn't have time to grind if I wanted to. My assassin is already level 54 and I stopped grinding him at 40 and all I've been doing is stone and BH. Get a level every other day just off of that...

    yea, its sucks thing, need a daily maker legal bot here too XD i can do max 4 char daily after i work b:surrender

    and still in our server donthave tideborn so i got just 6 class b:sad

    Didn't make me a paint sig, bish. They should really take off lowbie GV's so people will go back to old school zhen parties. I can't find ANY to crash these days, ffs.
