Can't Launch Game

Hmm i've tried verfying, and reinstalling the game but it still gives me the could not launch game still
can anyone help me?b:sad

    Im currently only seeeing the Raaging tide, dreamweaver and harshlands servers returning pings, even tho the spash page shows all 6 as being up. (Tho with higher pings than normal)
    I guess theres some wierd problem going on with the network.

    Im trying to connect from Australia via internode fyi.

    well i hope they fix it soon cuz i just started playing again and have been waiting for them to patch things up

    still keep getting the cannot launch game message

    To your question, I cannot launch the game either, I have verified the files. Supposedly the file "elementclient.exe" is missing from our Perfect World folders, which is the main source of our problems. What would be MOST helpful is if someone whose client currently works (ver. 249, after you have installed the updates), could screenshot his or her PW folder in their program files (or wherever you keep them). I think the "elementclient.exe" is in the folder called "element", so if you could screenshot all the contents of that folder, or maybe even just list the files you see, it would be very helpful.

    Anyway, my advice is to follow the technical support thread, as that thread will probably produce results faster.

    It cannot be a problem with the network, because the game should launch even if the servers are not up (by game I mean the client). If the servers are down, then you can't log onto the servers, but you can still get into the game and see the log in screen (which I can't).

    there are probably a few more out there who have the same problem as well with the launcher
