harassment?

I was working on my veno alt around the mines area, when some really unpleasant folks showed up...
was minding my business killing mobs for my quest... suddenly a TB player showed up and started following me everywhere, so i was like "what a strange person" and continued questing... after a while i saw a lvl 80+ cleric starting following me as well, so i was like "okaaaaay....", continued on my routine of getting my quota of mobs. All of a sudden the cleric started hitting on mobs i was killing for my quest so i was like "hmmmm KSing?"... and she was really lame, i still got the kills eventhough her lvl was way higher.
It came to pass when i was done and i got on my mount and started toward Archosaur, the lame cleric followed me for a while, and then said that i was KSing her friend and that she wouldn't let me get a kill... Then i was like "WHAT!!!!" in my mind.
am not the type that likes trouble, just sharing my experience and would like some comments if anyone has some. Kindly correct me if i'm wrong on my following points:
(1) Is it wrong for a veno class to be killing fast? well its a magic class with a pet... and because of this i was accused of trying to KS
(2) I had no intention to KS but perhaps i was killing mobs so fast that i was taking alot of them in a short time, other classes should understand this fact and not be a cry baby because i kill faster. If someone is offended by my actions, should they not just PM me kindly and sort it out like a real person? I mean it can just be plain misunderstanding and unintentional
(3) The high lvl cleric comes and starts her futile attempt to KS me... i mean common, her cry baby friend never said anything to me if i had been too ruthless in killing the mobs, and here she is sending a distress signal to her friend =_= man what is this world going to...
To add on the Cleric started KS me eventhough she had not talked to me about my actions and is plain dumb in answering her friends call to harass me. Really now, that high lvl and doing that, its a shame b:sweat
(4) that was a really lame attempt to KS me =_=;;;
(5) Stalking me, and trying KS... that is plain harassment, if i had reported it with the screenshots... they're in big trouble.
Am the type that dont like trouble, am not going to continue the cycle by bringing out my main and doing havoc back, then again that is a shameful act... so i had pity on them both and just walked away as if nothing had happened.
The moral of the story...
- should not randomly judge others because of their player class
- If there is a problem talk to the other party, maybe it was unintentional
- telling a lapdog friend to come and harass the other party without even reasoning is plain shameful for the person and their friend
Am not wanting to cause problems or be rude, will apologize to anyone if my sharing has offended any but do leave a comment and what not. We are all here to always learn, and i want to learn more. b:bye

No, it's fine to kill fast. If you were fighting the monster first, then it isn't ksing. People don't know the meaning of "KS".

As stated above. If she hit it after you and continued hitting it, she is the kser not you.

Yes that is harrassment if they continue to bother you though I think it would go under grieving perhaps.

Have to love ppl who comes to the place you are killing and later accuse you for kill stealing. I know that a spot can't belong to a certain person, but I still consider that the first one who comes, has rights to stay there. Need same mobs? Find another spot, come back later or just try to find a way to kill those mobs without getting in a way of each other.
Following, accusing for KS and later starting to KS is kinda foolish. Expecially, when you havent even talked with other party.0 -

But but if everyone was like me all the cupcakes would be gone because everyone would've eateded themzb:sad

2)High levels would not be angry and go ksie-pants when they can't kill a monster when it isn't their mob to begin with (unless of course it is their alt's mob..)
3)And it doesn't make since for a friend (no matter how close you are) to get ksie-pants over someone else's mob which isn't their's.

Actually... some goes. Take a look around archo at most crowded hours. Mostly there are few high levels helping their lowbie guildies, friends or friend alts.

Unless it hurts their pride and ego. Some high levels have too much ego and they think that all mobs belong to them...

Depeneds. Many alts and lowbies calls for higher level help to finish quests faster. Too many players levels only from CS and BHs atm. From lvl1 to lvl40 you can easly level with only reporting quests and by doing CS. I know quite few higher levels who goes to help lowbie friends cause of boredom.

Ya, don't get too worked up about it. People really don't understand what ks means. Not too long ago, I've been accused of ksing a mat. -.- How the heck you kill-steal a mat? I didn't know mats had health bars.I clicked it first (no monsters around the the mat at all so I wasn't MSing, mat-stealing-).
Just blacklist them next time and continue having fun.
@Damewort: True, but from the details given, I'm considering it wasn't crowded just the three of them. And also I've seen similar topics with the alt being the high level's, not saying all the time it is an alt. And a high lv would still help out a person doing the same quest at least it would solve the whole issue. I've helped out friends...especially on one quest...the 1 hr timed cusine quest...god I hated that quest.
Don't even bother with pet, and pick and chose my mobs carefully...so I don't get accused of KSing...[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
Well not to be offensive but generally if someone tries to KS me it is a veno. They sometimes attack the mob i am fighting even after i have hit it 2 to 3 times and they know it. They just think "oh im veno, i kill fast, this is my kill now." Another observation is that this happens to only my bms and barbs.. generally they dont try on other casters. Needless to say its an automatic pk after the mob is dead. b:sad0

Take some screenshots, or better yet a video, and report them by sending in a ticket. Some people just get upset because others are killing the mobs they need, so they tell their faction mates that they are getting ks'd just so some of them will come help them to get their kills. All they are are just a bunch of QQ'ers.0

Archers for me. Especially at things like wraith events/public quest/invasions. They seem to go "oh goodie! BM, easy target for ks
....pewpew". I think it's just certain players have that mentality and since archers and veno's are the ones who are best at it, they stand out more.

When my bf started playing the game I was almost lvl60 (was in my 5x's) and he asked me to "power lvl" him, buut imo it never works so I just did all his quests for him and camped areas for mats he needed. Pissed some lowbies off but I was helping him, yeah I can kill faster than you and the mobs don't spawn as fast as I kill but I wasn't doing it to being a butt head and keep them from lvling, was just trying to help him along since he started as a TB and I'm one myself and he didn't know what to do and wanted to oracle, so bleh.
I haven't heard of ksing til this expansion and it was when I was oracling and people who stayed blue name just appeared at the oracle sights and start attacking the mob while people were actually being civil and taking turns. It was only like that at the lvl30 oracle but ya get what I mean.b:chuckle0 -

Seriously, that has gotta be harrassment if you do that. I pity those people who have crossed your path unintentionally, because clearly, you are trying to cower them by your epicness (time consuming inefficient way of pacifying your ego).
Hope someone ks your kills unintentionally and you log your main to ks them back. Then they will take all screenshots of you submit a ticket.0 -

saitada has a habit of spending hours of her time trying to get revenge on people she cant get along with, breaking many of the rules she cherishes in the process
she has stalked me on the forums, spent time reporting each of my actions and she even created a thread indirectly dedicated to me
dont bother with tickets when it comes to saitada
it is best to enjoy watching her waste her time and mumble on about her "inteligens"
