Ok so some time after the release of Rising Tide somethings had changed but I don't think it was by choosing. I had gone to do my CS and noticed that this had happened to this NPC and for some reason only this one.Kinda funny...

    I just noticed this today too. Might have been like that since the expansion, but I rarely can see her considering how many other toons are around her at any given time. b:chuckle
    The other CS giver near her looks like that too. (I forget her name.)

    she was always like that, only that now with the "slight" contrast between rising tide graphics and the rest of the world do we notice this. Revamp PWI plox =)

    If you look at her from the side, you can even see where her nose and lips were SUPPOSED to be. b:sweat

    I noticed this a few weeks back. Hou Jenhsi and NPCs that look like her, such as the Seamstresses and the Fireworks Dealers, all have melty faces. Creeped me right out...

    Pretty sure they were normal looking before the expansion.

    Yeah they were normal, I used to look at the npcs just to see how they looked like and those were normal. Today I went to look again and it was true, they are creepy now b:sweat

    That's worse than the NPCs in cube... If you ever notice, their nipples are out of place... the polygons show where they're supposed to be >_>

    ya and on this same npc if you put your pointer over it her face changes when you take it off it goes back to looking like its meltingb:chuckle
