Very shortly after logging in I get graphics glitches similar to the screenshot below. Does anyone have any ideas or any thoughts? A trimmed DXDiag output can be found below as well.

that my Friend is the result of a faulty memory module
or in my case my dad put a magnet too close to my pc i had similar results

now i only have some missing textures i wonder if its a side effect..

btw your seeing the result of corrupt memory pointers causing the game to make a best guess at what image should be rendered on walls ect

then again its possible one of the background programs or a heavily fragmented videocard driver file is the cause could try a reinstall of your video card drivers

any how thats my 2 centsb:bye

Drivers were my guess too, however I've tried reinstalling them as well as wiping them and trying a few different driver versions without any success.

As for memory issues, its possible I suppose but unlikely as I've run memory tests of both the system and graphics card memory (No errors found) as well as tested the graphics card in a separate PC and I've even gone as far as to RMA the graphics card itself. That said I suppose its possible I received a second faulty graphics card back from the RMA but I haven't had any issues with any other programs or games.
