Bounty/Treasure Hunter problem

NPC won't let me take 2nd BH quest. I have the bounty order in my inventory.

It's the only BH I have, don't have any existing ones.

    Doesn't work, relogging doesn't do anything either.

    maybe its cuz u are already done it. I thing the badge only allows u to do 2 different kinds of bosses
