Do you solo quests or do them in squads?

I solo everything that I possibly can. I don't like relying on others for help, or hoping that I can find some people in a caring & helping mood to help me. This is the main reason why I made a Veno and got myself a Herc. The only time I ask for help is with FB's and bosses that I cannot solo myself. I'm really not looking forward to hitting level 60; got the TT 1-1 quest I'll need a squad for, plus the ever-so annoying Manta (or boss formerly known as Manta) that is near impossible to find help for.

Lol generally I solo quests if I can because I get more exp than I would in a squad. But I do quests in squads sometimes if I get a squad invite or else if I want to finish up the quest fast b:chuckle

I prefer solo unless the mobs are being a pain. I usually feel like I'm not gaining anything in squad, since even if I kill the quest mobs faster I'll just have to grind more later to get my pets the exp they didn't get from the quest mobs. Plus I hate random drop orders and I've never gotten a random invite that was set to free.

My lvl 74 phsycic i solo since i can kill mobs in 2-3 hits or less. Normally if I squad somone they complain cause I don't let them any mobs to kill. b:laugh

I'm always number one in public quests if i'm soloeing...to bad I can't do this all days since I work and have a family...hehe..otherwise would be easy lvling along with the 3 BH's on this release.

Mdef mobs are also not a problem for phsycics with soulburn skill leveled since it does damage equal to soulforce..again 2-3 hits and their dead.b:shutup....on a side note: soulburn is a good nix killer even if they are 20+levels above you if u use phsycic will prior. (almost instant nix death).b:victory

On my veno I solo pretty much any quest except for Polearm as he tends to 1-shot my herc and the 80-89 BH's. The 70-79 BH's I solo'd as the FB59 has noob mobs in it. The 90-99 BH's will probably mostly be solo'd if I can't find a squad.

My barb hasn't got many quests at 94 b:chuckle but when he did he solo'd most of them except for bosses/FB's/BH's/TT's/FF's.

As most have said i also solo most of my quests unless they are too difficult. Most of the times i squad ,are for BH's and quests that tell u to kill 35 and more monsters-to speed up the process. But yea i prefer to take some more time and get the maximum of items/exp than squad with random players b:laugh.

I do my Normal quests solo. And always get good drop.

If someone ask me to help, then I help him(her) in squad mode. If someone invite me in squad then I ignore it. Because my Wizard kill normal mobs of my level by 3 hits (and in rare cases by 4 hits) and not need squad to do this.

During one day he can kill hundreds of mobs without his death.

Other case bh, fb, challenge and hero missions.

These I do in squad mode.

Just to explain: to level from 62 up to 63 level my Wizard got experience and spirit for 4 same levels.
He had learned all necessary skills for his level, including high level skills and new skill of 63 level - Sandstorm of 7th level.

I usually solo for quests unless I start dieing every time I attack a monster, or if theirs a boss or anything that revoles around me dieing every single time. If im just grinding or borred i'll team up with others and help them finish their quests.

I always solo whatever quest I'm doing unless I can't solo it (normally only applies to bosses and that depends on the char I'm using), a friend needs help with it, or I feel like being nice and someone politely asks me to squad with them (if they just send me a squad invite out of nowhere or start attacking the monster I'm fighting while sending the squad invite I'll ignore them... or make sure they don't get credit for any kills while I'm in the area.... or just PK them if I'm on a PvP server).

I experienced leeching in at least 9 times out of 10 when squadding with random people. I always accepted invitations both on my Barb and Veno, which resulted in me, tearing mobs apart by scrolling through skills and drying up mana on the Barb or simultenous killing with the Veno and pet combination while the other party members were mostly standing around, following me for no reason, without helping of course and finish off one or two mob the whole time. And all same or higher(!) level than me. The worst thing was, that they didn't even bother answering questions. I thought if they're so slow, at least let's have a nice chat to chase away boredom of killing sprees, but ended up only talking to myself... So thanks, no.

I've had enough around level 40 and switched to soloing, with the exceptions of friends and people who at least drop a few intelligent lines in PM before squading me.

I try to solo every quest I have (even on my wiz). That way I get everything, EXP,Spirit, Coin and Drops. If I do squad for normal mob quests I only do it with freinds or faction members. Seems like the only time I squad is for bosses (even then some I solo) and instances. Or Im usually in a squad with a particualr freind who is normally else where on the map doing different quests. So we realy only leech off each others coins. Which is not so bad and it keeps away the ninja squad invites to ^,..,^v

Because of my rl situation ( mommy) I often have to go AFK without any notice... so I usuall solo all my quests.. not fair for others if suddently I go AFK for 10-20 sometimes more.. depends of the situation...

And I usually wait for faction mates or friends to do the quests that requires squads as per they know and understand my situation and don't mind it if suddenly I need to go AFK without notice.

So often I am behind on quests but... I don't mind.. I play this as a stress reliever

And it's like a virtual punching bag when things are really not good with my daughter

Theres no need to solo quests since bhs arrive, quests gie **** exp i always try to do them in pts so less charm time and repairs wasted, basically i huts do them to get them out of my quests iventory..b:victory

That's what I do on my archer. On my barb I quested from 4X to 7X with a cleric "quest buddy." We still quest together when possible.

As a cleric I tend to solo every quest if it is possible which mostly it is, but on other hand i dont refuse random squad invites if i see that the person next to me is doing the same quest and i dont even mind staying a bit longer to help out.

But again if i have a friend who needs a quest or is doing the same quest, i prefer to party since it's much more fun. And for exp/drops i do much more fun things anyway b:chuckle
