It's an awesome grinding skill ^^ Get it at Lv. 1 until you get Sutra, then start leveling when you have a lot of spare spirit and start to raise your HP. Sutra+Heals = 4*(1.3k*35% your BASE M. Atk) in 6 Seconds (At lv. 10).

but when u do get to higer lvs, dont waste ur chi doing that, with 3 sparks and 99 chi:

undine/amp
sultra
elemnetal shell (for chi)
icedragon
sandstorm
stone rain
spam skills till dead
