Well i was buying zen through phone credit, and its stuck half way through the process, its charged my phone but i havent got the zen from it yet b:angry

10 minutes is not long enough to warrant help from the GM staff since the average clear time is 15 minutes to 24 hours. Please don't hold that against us .
Your problem was actually that you did not yet transfer your ZEN from the wallet to a server. We see that you have now found that option and did transfer over your purchases. In the future, you should contact us by email first because most billing issues are not handled on the forums especially with account specific problems and questions such as yours (and even more especially when you post during our off hours). No i knew how to transfer it, ive bought gold before i knwo how to do it.
When i go to pay with mobile phone, it has a selection there that says resume, and when i click it, it tries to resume but doesnt do anything. It still stuck on that......
EDIT:
And i have replied "pay" and got both messages saying it has been successful on my phone, but its still not saying it on the site...0 -

i have the same kind of problem but i get all the way to the screen where it says FAILURE b:angry
i've done everything right (they text me, i text pay back, i have credit, i think i live in a reachable country, Australia for the exchange to work and the bar loads but then...FAIL!!! b:sad
I've sent a email but...b:cry why wont it work b:surrender
i need an answer to im just sick of it not working its the only pay method i can use...
if anyone has an answer plzzz help me out
