Remember when everyone was rushing to 90 so they could PvP at a level where classes are finally balanced?

I know that alot of those already stopped playing or moved to another servers cause the high level PvP back then wasnt compared to the one nowadays. The problem is that many high levels are really carebears. There are so many 9x on this server but you know those who come out to PvP, and thats the current problem, lack of active pvpers. I think the game is not correctly structured atm because ppl know that they will level up and get rich inside SZ without the need to come out. So i just think, whats the point of having a huge and detailed map if not many have to use it? Too much work wasted?

We need another 5-6 months for this server to finally mature as a true pvp server (basically way more 100's and high 90's in lots and lots of different factions), plus the slow but steady population gain that we are getting as the newest pvp server at that time we might even begin to rival LC for pvp.

That being said if enough level 80+ are online at one time and people get ganked you can get some fun pvp when people come to help them out, I like to see 20+ people on each side though just because it gives alot more people a chance to get involved and the lower level members on each side can still contribute by sniping and assisting on targets on the edge.

Also if anyone wants some pvp let me know and ill try and get people to showup from KD usually we have around 15-20 people just chilling in GC or in HH which they can leave for pvp.
I doubt that will happen. The main reason lost city has lots of quality pvp isn't because of population. Even if it did happen, all the players that waited for half a year will already have moved on.

You know what is wrong with PvP in HL?

I kill said person in PvP, They call on 10 95+ people to gank me and kill me. Not once did i have a decent 1 on 1 PvP in HL. And most higher levels do not attack eachother because they are "friends". How can i PvP with people my level if they are protected by all full decked out and refined 95+ players?

I even PvPed with Taarloor a couple of days ago at silver pool. But there are people blood red in safe zone only coming out to kill 1 person and go into SZ again. I had one good try at taarloor because my guildies distracted the other people in SZ.

    I lost...but at least i tried to 1 on 1 ^^
    I'm famous! i'm on ecatomb

That's because you're not allowed to pvp in HL unless you have full sparks and nothing on cooldown.

You know why you can't find PvP in harshlands? Because you don't try hard enough. You can't just play your character, level up, then maybe on a Tuesday at 4 pm decide, "oh, I want some pvp". You go out, find out there's no one there, then QQ that there's no pvp. Then you go level for another week.

People that actually are always actively looking for pvp, hunting down areas such as marriage quest or fish bosses, and calling people out to come "play", well these people always will have pvp.

This is why some ppl in Harshlands complain there's never any pvp, while some say there's plenty.

PvP isn't just something you can find whenever you want, if it was like that, it would be the same as pve. You have to remember, PvP is against REAL humans, who make their own unpredictable choices.

like the post above, very nice

on another note, pvp today at Anglers was amazing. Had a good 50+ people for quite awhile

I've noticed recently a few larger pvp battles happening. Hopefully it's a sign of things to come.

and as stated above, if your mad at the lack of pvp on the server, go out and make some. It's amazing what can happen with just a few people
