FB29,39 etc... really part of spirit cultivation?

FB or so called call of duty is really part of spirit cultivation?
if it's not what is the purpose of taking it?

    XP, Spirit and Rep. In later levels it will be a part of the spiturial cultivation. FB59, 69, 79 and 89 all require bosses in the FB for your Cultivation. It free spirit and xp in early levels. Do them.
