I wanna know how to proceed

I was about to trade my Windsprint Panther on my character in Dreamweaver server, by a Polar Bear in Raging Tide server.
I found a player who wish made the trade, but he tricked me.
I have images showing trade.
I wanna know what i do to recover my panther or receive the polar bear.
Next i'll post image link, i uploaded the image on imageshack.us.

My Dreamweaver character is BotanChan, and my Raging Tide character is Arutsuru.
