Graphics problem

One friend has tanned skin and when I zoom hardly out any, her skin goes very pale and has a dark face still.
Other friend is wearing the normal mage clothes but when I zoom out, his boots disappear altogether and his skirt (veno player) turns from a skirt to a black box in his no no area.
I've never had this problem until suddenly now so it shouldn't be my computer :(
