how do i get a pet without buying one from another player?

Is there an affordable way to get a mount?

    1. Depends on if your a veno, or not (since you dont have an avatar)
    Venos can catch their own.
    Other then that you have to buy all class.
    2. The only way to get a mount non-cashshop is the pet manager I believe, they have cheap horses (Cheap being 1m and some change)

    Veno = venomancer. They're the only class that can tame pets, and that can use pets in combat.
    All other classes have to purchase all-class (baby) pets. Since you're a BM, you're pretty much stuck with buying one from someone. Likewise with mounts, either buy one from another player or from the cash shop.

    -all class pet / baby pet --> they just follow u and look good (u need to purchase from other player)

    -pet / combat pet --> they assist u in combat only available to venomancer

    -land mount / mount --> ground transport u can buy from ca$h shop boutique, pet manager or other player

    - fly mount / wing --> sky trasnport u can buy from ca$h shop boutique or other player and u get 1 really slow at lv 30 after u do a quest

    Okay and is there a way to make a venomancer and get a pet and transfer it to another character?? O.o

    Yes, but the venomancer has to collect a quantity of eggs (mostly of rare pets, or of high level ones... check the options at Mrs. Zoologist in Archosaur) and then pay 200k to make the baby pet that can be given/sold to and used by another class.

    Veno made baby pet prices have been depressed lately due to the sale of packs containing baby pets (people have been selling off their old pets at bargain basement prices) - it's probably cheaper to buy one outright.
