Dark Wanderer?

So I checked the Perfect World Wiki and skimmed the forums, but could find no mention of the "Dark Wanderer" pet monster. It's below level 13 and looks like a Nazgul on a horse (Nazgul is also known as Ring Wraith, from Lord of the Rings). I'd like to get one as a pet simply because it looks cool, and was wondering if someone here could give me some coordinates for it?

If this is the wrong forum to ask, I apologize. I figured the Venomancer forum would be the best place to ask about where to find a pet.

    I think it has good potential as a melee mob grinder, and just started leveling one up to see.

    Thanks for the info, I grabbed my Wanderer along with a Voodooist.

    does have a cool spell animation tho

    ok I did love mine back then.. it was so cool to run with and most certainly fight with since its stats are really good comparing to the two giants of defence (herc is not in the list) I would have kept it for its speed and high attack had it not been for my newly acquired froglin ... b:sad
    well eitherway, it is a good DD but for me it stopped being a good pet as I hit 3x since mobs aggro here and it cannot attack multiple foes until I get out of rich like my other pets can so... I find it awesome as a low lvl pet but not good for luring -low defence compared to other pets- or grinding on aggroing mobs ... b:bye
