Lvl 75 Axe BM Grind Spot

Hey BMs,

Anyone know a good solo axe bm grinding spot at lvl 75.

I know about seaweed thieves but I grind for money and having the droprate decreased isn't... good.

  The physical mobs next to dreamweaver port might be pretty good lvl78 im pretty sure and all physicalb:pleased
