Sharding AA veno

I'm not debating the merits of citrines versus garnets. I'm just stating a fact. Not everyone makes pdef a priority. I've seen people who focus on HP/Vit, others who focus on Magic/Magic attack, and yet others who choose to maximize channeling. Hell, I've seen people who focus on crit rate. I guarantee that those who don't make pdef a priority don't have more than 2k-3k pdef. You asked me where I got my numbers and that's where. What's more reasonable? That everyone focuses on pdef and thus has 5k+ pdef or that some focus on pdef and others don't. Thus a lot of venos don't have more than 3k or so.

Apparently you're the one who wants Lemmings. All I've ever seen you do is spout your idea of the perfect Veno. Any idea or opinion that deviates from your master plan you shout down and denigrate. You've always had a set idea of what the "best" veno is and will not consider anything else. I think you'd be happy if everyone made their own tweakz and played it exactly like you play yours. Talk about Lemmings.

Please. Any similarities to hitler were purely coincidental. I based that last paragraph off of what I've seen tweakz post over the last year. Most of his posts have been to call ideas wrong/stupid and tell the OP what he should be doing instead. Anyways, I'm done with this thread. No point getting into an argument with tweakz. His opinions are set in stone. Let's short-circuit Godwin's Law before it comes into effect. Spoons or any other MOD how about closing this thread. It's gotten way off topic.

That is why I have several rings, necklaces, belts, armors. Some of my armor pieces are sharded for pdef, some are sharded for vita, some are a mix. It is impossible to have one set for all things, so you can mix and match things, and with some patience and smart shopping you can get really cheap armor that is nice, or you can make it yourself (I made the sleeves).

Also, "my special" set as you pointed out, only costs me a little over 400k to make, since I am using Rank Gear, which is cheap, and OHT gear, which is also cheap. The necklace/belt is pretty standard, since most venos do use pdef necklaces and belts. I also have elemental ones with +magic bonuses, for when I know I am not getting hammered by physical damage. I used Beauts shards since they are very cheap, I got mine at 50k each, during one of the events.

Even if you have the best hammer in the world, sometimes you will still need a screwdriver to get the job done.

I can have 12k+ mdef if needed, or 8k+ pdef, or something in between, depending on the situations. Same as with what pet to use, some gear works better at some things than others pieces, and they are all useful.

In my opinion, there is no such thing as "one best way", there are lots of good ways for everything, but if you looking at "the best" than it becomes dependant of the circunstance, and you would be most likely looking at special builds for that purpose.
