    This is the classic failure that happens when one ORICLE's him/her self to high lvl status withOUT knowing what that class can actually do.. GRATS on the stupidity that occurred..

    I have come across players who have pumped skill points into wrong skills and/or have a lot of unused skill points.

    A few months ago i was looking at a faction members gear(not going to name) and was shocked to see a BM in robes and magic rings.
    After a quick chat it turned out she was level 4x with 10vit 15str 15dex and about 60mag with a good amount of points not used.

    After drying the tears of laughter i helped her to restat and made some BM armor and weapons and guided her on how to use future skill points.

    Within half an hour i had PM thanking me for making game playable/enjoyable again and she has gone on to being a good squad player.

    Could be this cleric has no real idea how to play his class and just needs some pointers from those who do? (though at 8x i find it hard to figure how they got there)

    Same here Q_Q And far too many with pieces or whole sets of arcane armor =P

    You'd literally need something like a +20str or a +200hp bonus to realistically make it worth losing a phys attack ring. They actually add a fairly decent-ish amount of attack as long as you have good str.

    For example, I lose close to 400 phys atk dropping a single misty. o.o

    ok, so I laughed, but then I thought of something:
    what if that cleric was played by someone that didn't know the game/class very well? Maybe the brother or a friend of the actual char owner?


    Anyway, if that's not the case, that cleric is just a disgrace to his class.

    Off topic: I've met Archers that didn't believe I can tank a fb51 ... what was on their mind I don't know. I'm almost always the tank in Eden (unless there's a high lvl barb in squad) and a few days ago I tanked all bosses in Brim too.
    Archers can do it if they have good gear also, and it's way more convenient to have a ranged tank&DD since every1 can just go all-out and have fun.
    There are a few sittuations (Polearm and Gaurnob) where ranged tank is not good because of boss AoE, but other than those two, I can tank every fb from 51-89.

    i'd say that's not bad lol.

    Isn't boss AOE a factor to consider for Rankar and Wyvern in '51 as well? Either can kill an arcane tabber (or a low-vit cleric a few levels higher, especially the phys part of Rankar's AOE) quick.

    I can honesty say iv seen high levels helping with those two bosses on many occasions. I remember the first time i did it on my cleric.. and some guy with a TT magic sword wouldnt let me finish the stupid minibosses on my own. I'd get to half way and hed plume shot it. I remember being kind of peeved and saying wth i didnt need help.

    doubt it.. the guy was doing fine takin most of he dmg when we were clearing the mobs.

    Ive been soloing FB29 since i was 60!!!!
    Its actually harder to be killed by quinzi than to kill him!
    And a sin tanking? Men...fishes r going crazy...
    lol i cant say that, my GF is a sin =P

    This thread has consistently been on the front page for days, and only slipped back for a bit when other topics came to the fore for a bit. The topic is still active, and being discussed. Until you learn what a Necro really is, I suggest you refrain from making any more comments about necro threads as your lack of actual knowledge on the subject is glaringly obvious to all and sundry.

The cleric was too busy trying to res the other to stop and heal himself lol.. sad, high level dead in 29. I'v seen lower level clerics own Qingzi solo.
    So i ask everyone, why isnt the cleric tanking.. to a reply from the cleric.. I (as in me psychic) cant res?
    ya know.. "you wouldn't have to res anybody if you would just tank it yourself." I didnt tell him that till the second massacre, but i was sure thinking it the whole entire time.
    So instead of leaving, i wait.. got a snack and was ready to see more people die. Cleric makes it back to the fb and reses everyone.
    So whats their new plan? ugh the same old plan.. not smart again. I try again to convince them that the cleric soloing is much safer. No one is listening. So they take a precaution this time and let the sin build Argo on its own.
    This time i got to watch the sins hp... Qingzi is taking half of his hp each hit. All is looking okay for them. I still wont attack because i knw what comes next.
    Once everyone starts DDing, it goes downhill again. Aggro switches instantly...Psychic down, Archer down, Sin down.. lovely.
    Have fun resing.
    I just stand there.. laughing to myself, why wont you listen to me.

    so he ressed one person then tryed to ress a second while qingzi is nomming his **** o.O?


    like my 72 wizzie solos him for friends alts bounty hunters . . .
