Console Mode? Show FPS?

I just wanna see what sort of fps i'm getting in-game. Anyone know how?

    I doubt you'd even be allowed to turn that on ingame...

    Anyway you could use FRAPS to check out the framerate. It's some screen recording program. Also, google!
