What would be the faster wings?

i was wondering, whatd be faster, the lvl 30 wings u get, or the white wings from lvl 1 if ur lvling flight mastery, thx.

    White wings. Even at level 30 they're +1.0 on speed, which is more than the +0.5 that the eagle wings give you. They max out at +2.0, as fast as $17.50 cash shop wings.

    If only you could buy spirit at the cash shop >.< (priceless things are worth more than things with a tag)
