Help please?

Hi there I have a lvl 36 barb on harshlands and i was just in the city of the lost and a guard killed me in one shot...the guard was "Guard Ling Shan" and i lost experience from it :S was this supposed to happen or was it a glitch? If it wasn't a glitch then why did he kill me? It has never happened to me before so I am very confused. Any help would be very much appreciated. b:victory

    My guess with the limited information is that you turned yourself red nearby, and guards don't take kindly to some red names. And technically, the guards are just freak'n strong creatures, so loosing exp is normal.

    So yeah, no glitch, tough luck.
    Now you know, and knowing is half the battle.
    The other half is having enough ordinance to level a small country.
