Hi, few BM questions.

I had a few ponderings about some of the BM skills. Okay first the skill sword/blade mastery reads: increases all damage done with blades/sword, so would I be correct in saying that it would also increase all damage done with dual blades/swords?

Second, I like fast attacks, high crit, and decent dps and a wide variety of skills in most warrior type classes I play. Which weapon would you reccommend for me :)?

Third, I noticed that the spirit / coin requirement for skills get really high later on in the game, is there a function in which (if I decide to change my weapons) I can refund an axe skill and it will return the spirit / coin to me?

Thanks in advance :D.

Sadly no. But later in game you'll have plenty of ways to make spirit.
    Thanks in advance :D.

Hopefully others will post more helpful info =P

    1. Yes, It works with single blade or dual swords.

    2. Decent dps fairly high crit good skills non aoe is swords. Great sword guide http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=534672

    3. No you cant change some skills for spirit later on. You should only do one path. (only raise sword skills if you are a sword blademaster) You can start to multipath (chose more than one weapon) at lvl 75-80+

    1: Yes:
    Fist mastery = Fist/claw
Axe mastery = Sledgehammer, poleaxe, duel axes, deal hammer
Sword mastery = Swords, blades, duel swords, duel blades
Pole mastery = Spear halberd, long blade, staves, shaft

2: The classes have varying attacks speed, dexterity requirements (the base of crits) and damage. Ordered from highest attack speed and dexterity highest at the top, and damage lowest, the list is followed:

Fists = Fast, high dexterity, low damage = best in endgame on 1v1 targets where DPS matters.

Swords = Fairly fast, good dexterity, high damage = at lower levels has highest DPS, at high levels best damage. Best for 1v1 targets at any level when high damage is neccesary, like PvP.

Polearms = Decent speed, decent dexterity, good damage = fairly mediocre weapon with some good linear (a line in front of you) AoE skills, AoE lets you attack multiple VERY well positioned targets. At later levels it becomes invaluble for its skills which attack from a distance.

Axes = Slow, low dexterity, high damage = The most popular weapon class, it has an extra 3 second stun, high damage (slightly higher than swords, with weaker skills) and radial AoE's (attacks in a circle). Thanks to its extra stun it is great in PvP, and it's AoE skills it can level up MUCH faster than most other classes. I highly recommend using this weapon to level with, then branching out to others at high (75 at least) levels.

3: No, any skill you buy is non-refundible, not a big problem around 85+, but its a good reason to pick only one weapon class.

Good luck on your quest to become a mighty blademaster! b:victory
Infliction - Raging Tide: 99% of bm's go fist/axe end game and they will side with it because thats what they do. I am a pure axe bm and I have as much DPS as a bm with 3.33 APS and +6 Decides.

Kupuntu - Sanctuary: *waits for a response from someone who has done the math*

Okeano - Harshlands: Or we can just kick him in the nuts
