Grand Lobster Glitch

So I got the Grand Lobster, but every time I ride it/see another one is always has this thing... 3.jpg
How do I get rid of this?

    copy the CONTENTS of systemsettings.ini (in that folder) and paste them here please? do not edit this file, just copy the contents

    typically installed in C:\games, but could be elsewhere

    try turning on shadows, soften, warp, and sharpen

    see if it still happens.

    I don't know however, how much of an effect that will have on that GPU, so stay in arch while testing.

    Experiment with the Settings and Effects in-game, and see if you can get it to stop.

    Also, if you are using nVidia's or ATI's control software, turn off forced effects with their software and see if that fixes it too.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    So far everything that I have tried hasn't worked :3 I'm still gonna tamper/change setting here and there remembering my original settings.

    He'd better not be running either of those since his systemsettings.ini shows an intel video chipset

    I have the same glitch. It is annoying, but doesn't effect play, so i have just ignored it. Figured my video card wasn't good enough. Could that be your problem?
