Where do items go?

I have done quests and received items I had to choose from different items, like weapons and such. Some of these items like the weapon I just got from the mailbox at level 5 from the Supply Stash, and the item is nowhere in my inventory. It said in the chat box what I "Got" but I sure can't find it. What happened to the reward item?

    Did you talk to the Mail Box again to complete the "quest"?

    Make sure you have some empty slots in the bag, I suggest emptying 2 slots minimum and relogging. Let me know if that fixes the issue b:victory

    Of course I have space in my bag. Yes, I said I "Got" the weapon as it said in the chat box, a system message.

    According to the game, I got a level 10 weapon for my psychic, yet according to my empty bag but for 5 items, I got absolutely nothing.

    You have your item bag, and your quest item bag. And prolly your on your quest item bag.

    Oh my ***! You all think I am stupid, that I have never played a game on my computer, that perhaps I cannot read?

    Nevermind that I asked anything. It was a quest reward in a game, no big deal. I'll just buy a new weapon.

    If you send in a ticket through our website our GMs can assist you further. If the quest is for some reason not working for your character it can possibly be resolved.

    The other responses aren't trying to be rude, they're just giving suggestions that have worked in the past with similar issues. Don't read into them too much, frequent posters have a wealth of standard issue responses that tend to fix whatever problem is being asked about. b:victory

    I understand everyone was trying to help. Thank you for your response, spoons. I wasn't expecting a moderator to respond to my simple question.

    It was a low level quest reward, nothing important. I was just wondering if I was missing something about the inventory. I had already noticed there is a separate bag for quest items, a feature I appreciate very much.

    Anyhow, no big deal. Thank you all for your quick responses. b:thanks

    Although you're right, you don't necessarily need that, if this happens in the future feel free to e-mail. Our GMs are experienced in quest related issuesb:victory
