Can you use Wind Widgets on Bound Aerogear?

I recently bound (using a binding charm) my Drake and would like to know if I can still upgrade it using Wind Widgets? I searched the Forum, but could not find that the question had been asked.

UPDATE: I did purchase and upgrade my Drake. So for the record, you can upgrade a bound aerocraft. Thank you all for your response.

I think so.. since binding only disables to trade/drop it...

Yes you can still use wind widgets on bound aerogear, but there is currently an issue with the tideborn ones which should be resolved soon. b:victory

Thank you for your quick response. I definitely do not want to purchase widgets if I cannot use them.

Would the "issue" you speak of be the lack of an ability to upgrade them at all? It would really boost my hopes if it was since I've had all the widgets for my TB wings since I bought them. b:pleased
