Question about mob drops relative to level difference

As the title states...
Does anybody know the percentages to which the drop rates change when, for example the mob turns light green or is blood red? I know that these change but not to which extent.
Would a 3 lv difference (light green mob) mean 25% less drops or blah blah blah
Any help? Maybe GMs?

I believe up to 2 levels is fine, then a small drop at 3-5 and so on.
