How long has the memory leak been here?

Anyone know when it first appeared. As i'm just now noticing it. The game starts out using 300mb of my video ram, and 300mb of my system ram. Then as i play it slowly grows and grows. It gets well over 1gb and just keeps growing at 10-20KB jumps as i watch it.

It then ends up rendering the game completely useless as it's lagging like hell even though it has more than enough ram to live.

    I have the same problem, but its using more Ram only from time to time. I got new comp now with 6gb ram so im just ignoring it.

    I believe it started happening when they put genies into the game, but thankfully the leak is nowhere near as bad now as it was then. West arch was near inaccessable to me...
