Graphic card help

Hi, i have a question about graphic card for perfect world and full setting, will i be able to use full settings with a Nvida GeForce 6150SE? if i could, is it possible i will have little or no lag in the process?

    u will lag 4 sure , i am using Xfx geforce 6200 when i turn graphics to max i am lagging

    i mostly use Texture and terrain max only , leave rest o Min
