tideborn Goshinki quest question

After Goshinki's death, I did the quest from ormin and then old deity (gathering some flowers). But after that that's no more quest? Can't find any quest from both Ormin and Old Deity, but the story doesn't seem to finish...

    Go to Aurosy(near Etherblade Lake).

    No, there's no quest from Aurosy either.

    Ok, I find out that old deity has a new quest for me to continue the chain. It's weird because last time I checked there was no quest from her. Also this quest is not shown in "find quest".

    The Goshiki chain to do show in your quest log no matter which step, EXCEPT the one where you go talk to Aurosy in Etherblade Lake after you gathered the Lethe Flowers.

    I also have a problem with this quest.

    I have 6 medals. I am unable to do the Willpower one because "mission has already been taken". I don't remember if I failed it or not, but it looks like I can't complete it. :(
