    Ohh nice, I was able to view it. Pyshics have so many skills it gets confusing, so little hotkeys so many skills.

    soulburn was doing 619 dmg each that veno atked. pretty damn nice...

    With my 77 Psychic, I have found that Soulburn as someone else said, hurtsss like a ****. The faster the target attacks, the faster they die. Just remember to cast it at the best time possible, not when they're far away and cant attack, or when you have that channeling debuff on them. ;D

    And about the effectiveness of Soul burn~
    Very useful in TW or mass Pk since not everyone will be watching you. You should be able to pick a target that isn't attacking you, and turn the tide of battle. As we all know, soul burn hurts like hell b:chuckle

    Also find it useful vs mobs with increase magic resistance. b:cute
